If you are seeking a roommate to share accommodations for this conference, you may use our Find a Roommate forum.  This forum is only accessible by current CORD members. It is your responsibility to make contact with prospective roommates and to make hotel arrangements. Housing at the Mission Inn Hotel & Spa

CORD has secured a block of rooms at our official conference hotel, the Mission Inn Hotel & Spa for the 2013 Annual Conference.  Surrounded by breathtaking architecture, timeless beauty and old-world charm, The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa welcomes you to a destination where rich history, modern luxury, and classic elegance exist in perfect balance.  Situated throughout the first and second floors, Deluxe Rooms offer more balconies than any other room category. Views of the pool area or perhaps the Main Street Pedestrian Mall will enhance your stay. Deluxe Rooms are graciously captivating, distinctly styled, featuring beautiful décor and extraordinary furnishings. With approximately 250 – 400 square feet, Deluxe Rooms are ideal for all purposes.  Internet access is available in-room for $9.95 for 24 hours.

Room rates for the conference are:
$139.00 Deluxe Room Single/Double Accommodations 
** Please add 12% sales tax per room per night.

Additional occupants are $10 per person per night.  Upgraded rooms are also available.

Housing at the UCR Extension Residence Center

During the CORD/SDHS conference, the UCR Extension Residence Center (ECR) has 41 standard (double-occupancy) rooms available on a first-come, first-served basis. Rooms are $70/night for two occupants, or $65 for a single occupant.

Each room has:
  • 2 double beds
  • TV
  • Refrigerator
  • 2 drawers
  • A bathroom
  • Wi-Fi access
  • with housekeeping services 3 times per week.
The ECR has a no smoking, no cooking policy.

Public transportation to the Mission Inn (conference location)
RTA buses run from a bus stop near the Extension Center to Downtown Riverside. Take bus number 1 or 16. For details, see the RTA site.
